Alexandra O’Sullivan lives in Melbourne with her son Nicholas. She has a BA in Media Communications, Literature and Creative Writing. Her work has appeared in publications such as Meanjin, Tincture, Kill Your Darlings, Seizure and Verity La. She has been shortlisted for several awards including The Newcastle Short Story Award and The Profane Nonfiction Prize. She has received Highly Commended mentions in The Horne Prize for Creative Nonfiction and The Feminartsy Fiction Prize.
